A core principle of healing in Ayurveda is understanding the connection between one's body type and Nature’s seasonal cycle.

Every season, there is an accumulation of the extreme properties of that season. Ayurveda teaches that for optimal health, one should do a gentle cleanse at the end of each season to help us maintain optimal health and balance.

During the summer, the bio-energy composed of Fire and Water Elements known as Pitta Dosha, accumulates in our system.

In this workshop, you will learn:
How to do a post-summer detox: the right and herbs to assist you in the process.
The difference between pacification and purification and the appropriate time to do each.
A juicy Fluid Vinyasa practice, including Pranayama, to balance and cleanse the excess Pitta from your system.

Join us for this COOL workshop and be equipped to stay balanced for the coming months!
